The purpose of this role is to ensure the condition of our mould are improved, maintained and prepared for the factory to enable the best quality pool shell to be produced.

Key Responsibilities 

• Support and maintain a focus on Safety First
• Follow the correct operational procedures and processes on site
• Ability to use hand tools to sand, buff and polish Pool moulds
• Capable of wearing a harness and working at heights of 2-3 meters
• Refresh the moulds which includes removing build up on the moulds, cleaning and reseal and apply coats of mould release to the mould, minor repair work
• Mould maintenance
• Mould refurbishment

Ideal Candidate 

• A strong understanding of safe work practices and workplace health and safety
• Current drivers' licence
• Previous experience in mould maintenance or panel beating/Spray painting
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic with prompt and reliable attendance
• Be a team player and work well with co-workers
• Previous experience working with moulds would be highly regarded, however not essential as full training will be provided
