The purpose of this role is to support our Mould Maintenance project team to ensure the condition of our pool moulds are improved, maintained and prepared for the factory to enable the best quality pool shell to be produced.

Main Duties: 

• Support and maintain a focus on Safety First
• Follow the correct operational procedures and processes on site
• Ability to use mechanical and manual hand tools to sand, buff and polish pool moulds
• Capability and willingness to wearing a harness and working at heights of 2-3 meters
• Using manual hand tools to remove chemical and wax build up, clean, reseal and complete minor repair work

Your Skills: 

• A strong understanding of safe work practices and workplace health and safety
• Current drivers' licence
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic with prompt and reliable attendance
• Be a team player with good communication skills
• Understanding of mould maintenance or panel beating/Spray painting
• Previous experience working with moulds would be highly regarded, however not essential as full training will be provided
